A presentation by Peter Rough, Acting President of the Lyttelton Historical Museum Society
Friday 18 June, 5–6pm @ The Top Club, 23 Dublin Street, Lyttelton.
This stunning view is what you could see from the viewing room on the third level of the proposed Te Ūaka Lyttelton Museum.
Have you been wanting to find out more about the new Museum and the thinking behind its design? Come along to hear a presentation from Peter Rough, Acting President of the Lyttelton Historical Museum Society. Pete will focus on the ideas behind the proposed building’s design, fundraising efforts, collection management while the Museum is closed, and the efforts to keep the Museum “alive” through Social Media and this website whilst we wait for a new home for our collection.
The usual refreshments will be available from the Top Club and it could be the perfect opportunity to stay for a meal after the talk. With grateful thanks to the The Lyttelton Club Inc, for hosting our event: https://lytteltontopclub.co.nz
