Terms & Conditions

  • Membership is by annual subscription. All prices quoted on the website and on application forms are in NZ dollars
  • The subscription year runs from 1 April to 31 March. When you join anytime in March, membership will continue until the end of March the following year
  • There is no refund for a cancelled membership
  • By attending our events you are agreeing to be photographed for documentation of the event and commercial purposes, please let a staff member know if this is an issue.

The Society's members appoint a management committee of up to fifteen people including an honorary curator. The Society is run by volunteers who create displays and exhibitions, maintain the website and care for the collection.
