Opening on International Women's Day, in conjunction with Tin Palace, this exhibition featured a Kate Sheppard sculpture designed by Propeller Studios for Women's Refuge and displayed alongside five portraits by Ōtautahi Christchurch based artist Julia Holden depicting influential harbour basin women from Kate Sheppard's day until the present. The Lyttelton Museum presented information relating to the suffrage movement and the 1993 suffrage centenary celebrations in Lyttelton.
