Items intended for donation to the Lyttelton Historical Museum Society may be accepted if they meet the Museum’s collection policy.

Items will be assessed by the Collections Committee on a case-by-case basis. To assist us in making our decision, please provide as much detail as you can below, and if possible submit a photograph (digital or hardcopy) with this form.
